Custom watercolor and ink illustrations of architecture

How it works

1. Connect

The first step is for us to chat and discuss your project.

2. Send a Photo

You send a photo of your B&B, Inn, building or home.

3. Receive your Drawing

We create a hand-drawn line drawing and finally a watercolor and ink illustration.

4. Order High Quality, Customized Products

We create a digital version of your drawing and can create unique products (note cards, holiday cards, porcelain ornaments, matted prints, etc.) that are great for marketing or gifts or whatever you can dream up!

The Process

The original photo is used as reference. Objects, such as trees, cars, other obstructions are ignored.

A hand-drawn, ink-only drawing is made from the reference photo.

The ink drawing is colored with watercolors.

What Clients are Saying

"My illustration was everything I hoped for and more! Every little detail was captured. She has an amazing gift as an illustrator. The following year this illustration was my Holiday Card. People were complimenting it all year long! "

Noel, Private Home Client

"The watercolor and ink art of where we got married was by far our favorite gift! We cherished it so much that we ended up purchasing cards of her illustration for our thank you cards!"

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and amount of detail on the building you want illustrated. A quote can be given based on an emailed photograph.

  • Timelines depend on the scope of the project, but I generally say 4 weeks. If there is a sooner deadline of an occasion or meeting to present the illustration, I normally can meet that deadline.
